During the day we follow twenty five or more channels of information. If the marketers are lucky our choices will remain predictable. But more than likely we will in our efforts to stay informed stumble upon other interests and information…. and our fingerprints will spread.

Simple deal gone bad. Candian company uses tried and true methods to solve problems with customer. First deni the problem exists, then ignored the problem and finally abused the customer.
